After the Contest Has Started

  • Contest cancellations are not permitted once the match has begun, as contests are based on live game events.

Platform-Initiated Contest Cancellations

  • Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not reach the required number of participants, it may be canceled. In such cases, all participants will receive a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues impact contest fairness, the contest may be canceled, and refunds will be issued accordingly.
  • Policy Violations: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Guidelines, affected users may not be eligible for a refund.
